In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

• "jillino" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming website operated at jillino.club, including all associated services, games, payment channels, and support functions.
• "We," "Us," "Our" refers to the operator of jillino.club, operating within the PAGCOR regulatory framework.
• "You," "Player," "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account on jillino or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.

To be eligible to register and maintain a jillino account and to access real-money gaming services, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

The operation of multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jillino employs technical and procedural controls to detect duplicate account activity, including matching of identity documents, device fingerprinting, IP address analysis, and payment method cross-referencing.

When registering your jillino account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal full name as it appears on your government-issued identification, your valid Philippine mobile number, and a functioning email address. You must promptly update this information if it changes at any time.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jillino login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. jillino will never contact you to request your password, PIN, or security codes through any channel.

All activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact jillino support immediately. Timely notification may limit your liability for unauthorized transactions.

jillino is required by its regulatory obligations and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance framework to verify the identity of all account holders before enabling real-money gameplay and processing withdrawals. This process is called Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

Required Documents

KYC verification at jillino requires the submission of the following:

• A clear, unobstructed photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document. Accepted documents include: Philippine Passport, UMID (SSS / GSIS), PhilSys National ID, Driver's License, PRC Professional Regulation ID, Voter's ID, or Postal ID.

jillino supports deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT (TRC20 network), and Coins.ph. Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day vary by payment method and are displayed within the Cashier section of your jillino account.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name, consistent with the identity information on your jillino account and your submitted KYC documentation. jillino will not accept deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties.

Deposits at jillino are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing. jillino bears no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit initiation and processing completion.

jillino does not charge deposit fees on standard payment methods. Your payment provider may independently apply charges; these are entirely outside jillino's control and are your responsibility to verify with your payment provider before initiating a deposit.

Players may request a withdrawal of their real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions: the account must have completed KYC verification; the requested withdrawal amount must not be derived from bonus funds subject to an incomplete wagering requirement; and no active account investigation or security review must be in progress on the account.

All withdrawals are processed exclusively to the verified payment method registered on the Player's jillino account under their own name. jillino does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, payment methods belonging to other individuals, or payment methods not registered to the same verified identity as the jillino account.

Processing Times

jillino targets the following withdrawal processing timelines, measured from the time jillino confirms the withdrawal request internally:

Processing time targets are operational guidelines and not contractual guarantees. Delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times, system maintenance, or force majeure events are outside jillino's control.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30× means the bonus amount multiplied by thirty must be wagered).
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game-specific contribution percentages are published in the applicable promotion terms. Live casino games, table games, and certain slot titles may contribute at reduced rates or zero.
• Bonuses have a defined validity period. Any bonus not activated or wagering requirements not met within the validity period will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings without compensation.
• Only one bonus may be active per player per promotion period unless jillino's promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• jillino reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion or bonus at its discretion, including the right to remove a bonus from an account where jillino reasonably believes the bonus was claimed fraudulently, by a duplicate account, or in breach of these Terms.

All games offered on the jillino Platform — including slots, live dealer table games, bingo, sports betting, and RNG table games — are operated in accordance with the rules published by the respective game provider and, where applicable, the betting rules published on the jillino sports betting section.

In the event of a discrepancy between a game outcome as displayed on your device and the outcome recorded on jillino's server, the server-side record shall be the authoritative and binding record. This applies to all game categories without exception.

If a technical fault, software malfunction, or system error results in an indeterminate game outcome, jillino reserves the right to void the affected round and return the relevant stake to the Player's account. Where a technical error results in an incorrect display of winnings, jillino reserves the right to correct the displayed balance to reflect the accurate game outcome.

Maximum win limits per single game round, per session, or per defined period may apply to specific games or game categories. Where such limits are imposed, they are displayed within the game interface or in the game information panel. jillino reserves the right to cap payouts in excess of published maximum win limits.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jillino Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or under a different name or identity;
• Providing false, incomplete, or deliberately misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using another person's payment method, identity documents, or account credentials to conduct transactions on jillino;
• Using or attempting to use automated software, bots, scripts, macros, or artificial intelligence tools to conduct gameplay, exploit game mechanics, or manipulate bet outcomes;
• Exploiting known or suspected errors, glitches, or software vulnerabilities in any jillino game or platform function for financial gain;
• Colluding with other players in any game where player interaction affects outcomes, including but not limited to poker and sports exchange betting;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms inconsistent with genuine recreational play;
• Using the jillino Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime, as defined under Philippine law;
• Engaging in chargebacks on legitimate transactions, including initiating payment reversals through your bank or payment provider for real-money deposits that were genuinely processed;
• Any conduct that jillino reasonably determines to be dishonest, abusive, threatening, or harmful to the Platform, its staff, or other players.

You may close your jillino account at any time by contacting live chat support or by sending a written request to the support email address. Upon voluntary closure by a Player with no active bonus wagering requirement in progress, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days of the closure request being confirmed.

jillino reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Discovery or reasonable suspicion of identity fraud, account impersonation, or KYC document falsification;
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;

• Prolonged account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 24 consecutive months will be classified as dormant and may be closed after appropriate notification.

Upon termination for breach of these Terms, jillino reserves the right to forfeit any account balance, bonus funds, and pending bonus winnings. Where no breach exists and the closure is initiated by jillino for operational reasons, any remaining real-money balance will be returned in full.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jillino Platform for personal, recreational purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any jillino content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any jillino software or platform component;
• Use any jillino trademark, logo, or brand material for commercial purposes or in any context that implies affiliation or endorsement without express written consent from jillino;
• Frame, scrape, or systematically harvest data from the jillino Platform for any purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jillino shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of or inability to use the jillino Platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, however caused and regardless of the theory of liability;
• Any losses arising from interruptions, delays, or malfunctions in the jillino Platform caused by factors outside jillino's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, DDOS attacks, power failures, or natural disasters;
• The actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game software providers, or other external service providers whose services are accessed through or in connection with the jillino Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits jillino's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by jillino's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine consumer protection law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jillino Platform shall be resolved through the following process:

1. Informal Resolution: You agree to first contact jillino's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. jillino will respond to all formal written dispute notifications within 5 business days.
2. PAGCOR Escalation: If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, either party may escalate the dispute to PAGCOR through its designated player dispute resolution channel.
3. Judicial Proceedings: If the dispute remains unresolved after PAGCOR's review process, either party may pursue the matter through the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

You agree that any claims against jillino shall be filed within one (1) year of the date the cause of action arose. Claims filed after this limitation period are time-barred.

jillino reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jillino will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players through one or more of the following channels: notification to your registered email address, a prominent banner or pop-up displayed upon login, or an announcement in your account notification center.

The updated Terms will be posted on the jillino Platform with a revised "Effective Date" at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the jillino Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.

If you do not agree with a modification to these Terms, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your available balance before the effective date of the amended Terms. jillino will not apply material changes retrospectively to your existing balance or ongoing wagering requirements without explicit notification and a reasonable acceptance window.
